Las inscripciones para el campamento de verano y el año escolar 2024-2025, serán como sigue:

  • Familias que están actualmente inscritas, las inscripciones serán del 26 de Febrero al 1 de Marzo
  • Familias en la lista de espera, las inscripciones serán del 4 al 8 de Mazo.

Registrations for the summer camp and 2024-2025 school year, will be as follows:

  • Families that are currently enrolled, registration will be from February 26 to March 1.
  • Families that are on the waiting list, registration will be from March 4 to 8.

INFORMACION PARA EL CAMPAMENTO DE VERANO
SUMER CAMP INFORMATION

Todos los niños de 3 años de edad y más DEBEN saber ir al baño.

All children 3 year old and up MUST be potty trained.

Por favor tome nota, que durante el programa de verano, no ofrecemos siesta, con excepción de la clase de bebés y los estudiantes que se inscriban para cuidado después de clases.

Please note that during Summer program, we don’t offer nap time, except for the Infant room and students who signed up for after care.

CUOTAS DE INSCRIPCION DEL CAMPAMENTO DE VERANO :

  • $75.00 por niño, la cuota de inscripción no es re-embolsable.

 

CUOTAS MENSUALES DEL CAMPAMENTO DE VERANO:

  • JUNIO:$300.00 por niño. Junio 3 a Junio 20
  • JULIO:$300.00 por niño. Junio 24 a Julio 18.
  • La semana del 1 de Julio NO habrá campamento de vernao.
  • Descuento por hermao $15 en la cuota mensaual solamente.
  • Puede escoger Lunes/Miércoles  O Martes/Jueves.

  • JUNE:$300.00 per child. June 3 to June 20
  • JULY:$300.00 per child. June 24 to July 18.
  • The week of July 1st there will be NO summer camp.
  • Sibling discount $15 tuition only.
  • You can choose M/W OR T/TH.

  • 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
  • La entrada es de 8:55 a 9:15 am.
  • Por razones de horario y seguridad no permitimos que los niños ingresen después de las 9:15 am.
  • La salida es de 12:40 a 1:00 pm.
  • Cobramos una cuota de $1 por minuto, a partir de las 1:01 pm. 

SUMMER CAMP HOURS :

  • 9:00 to 1:00 pm.
  • Drop off is from 8:55 to 9:15 am.
  • For schedule and safety reasons we don’t allow kids into the classrooms after 9:15 am.
  • Pick up is from 12:40 to 1:00 pm.
  • We charge a late fee of $1 per minute, beginning at 1:01 pm. 

PROGRAMA DE VERANO :

  • Empezará el 3 de Junio y terminará el 18 de Julio.
  • Estaremos cerrados la semana del 1 de Julio.

  • Will begin June 3rd and last day will be July 18th.
  • We will be closed the week of July 1st.

DESCUENTO POR HERMANO :

  • Ofrecemos un descuento de $15 por cada hermano. En la cuota mensual UNICAMENTE.

 SIBLING DISCOUNT :

  • $15.00 OFF monthly tuition ONLY. 

CUIDADO DE NIÑOS ANTES Y DESPUES DE CLASES :

  • Ofrecemos cuidado de niños antes O después de clases, durante el campamento de verano:
  • Antes de clases: De 8:00 a 9:00 am, por una cuota adicional.
  • Su niño debe ser ingresado a la escuela no más tarde de las 8:10 am
  • Después de clases: De 1:00 a 2:55 pm, por una cuota adicional.
  • Usted puede escoger solo UNA opción.
  • Si usted recoge a su niño por más de dos veces después de las 2:55 pm, nos reservamos el derecho, de cancelar este servicio, NO ofrecemos ninguna clase de reembolso.

 BEFORE OR AFTER CARE :

  • We offer before OR after-care during summer camp.
  • Before care from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, for an extra fee.
  • Your child needs to be dropped off no later than 8:10 am
  • After care from 1:00 to 2:55 pm, for an extra fee.
  • You can choose ONLY ONE option.
  •  If you pick up your child more than twice after 2:55 pm, we will terminate this service, we don’t offer any kind of reimbursement.

VISITAS :

TOURS :

  • We offer tours during the months of January through April. Please call at 615.699.7555, to schedule a tour.

  • La cuota mensual se paga por obtener un lugar en el Programa, NO por los dias que asiste al Programa, asi que ninguna clase de reembolso, ajustes, o deducciones de ninguna clase pueden ser hechas, por la ausencia de cualquier estudiante durante el año escolar, (ejemplo, enfermedad, nieve, feriados)

TUITION :

  • Is paid for a spot in the school, NOT for number of days attended. Therefore, no refunds, adjustments, or deductions of any kind shall be made because of absence of any student during the school year (i.e. illness, snow days, and scheduled holidays).

INFORMACION PARA EL AÑO ESCOLAR 2024-2025
2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR INFORMATION

Todos los niños de 3 años de edad y más DEBEN saber ir al baño.

La fecha limite de cumpleaños es el 30 de Agosto.

Birthdate cut-off is August 30th.

CUOTAS DE INSCRIPCION DEL AÑO ESCOLAR 2024 – 2025 :  

  • $150.00, por niño la cuota de inscripción no es re-embolsable.

CUOTAS MENSUALES DEL AÑO ESCOLAR 2024 – 2025 :

  • Bebés: $400.00 cuota mensual, por niño.
  • 2 a 5 años: $370.00, por niño.
  • El ùnico mes con descuento es Agosto 50%.
  • Las cuotas mensuales, DEBEN recibirse el primero de cada mes, con la excepción de Agosto, que será el 12 de dicho mes.

2024 – 2025 SCHOOL YEAR REGISTRATION FEE

  • Infants: $400.00 Monthly tuition, per child.
  • 2 to 5 years old: $370.00, per child.
  • The only month with discount is August 50% off.
  • Monthly tuitions MUST be received the first of each month, with the exception of August, which is due the 12th.

  • Empezará el 14 de Agosto para la clase de Lunes/Miercoles y el 15 de Agosto par la clase de Martes/Jueves. Las dos fechas, la salida será a las 11:30 am.

2023 – 2024 SCHOOL YEAR :

  • Will begin August 14th for M/W class and August 15 for T/TH class. Both dates will be a half day, dismissal will be at 11:30 am.

DESCUENTO POR HERMANO. :

  • Ofrecemos un descuento de $15 por cada hermano. En la cuota mensual UNICAMENTE. NO ofrecemos descuento en el mes de Agosto.
